The Kiaora Instagram Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by BSC Medco Inc. (d/b/a Kiaora) (“Sponsor”), located at 1768 Highway 100, Centerville, TN 37033. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Thrive Market.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins on [Sept 19th,2025 CST] and ends on [Oct 3rd, 2025 CST] (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, there are two (2) ways to enter:
(a) Instagram Entry: Follow @joinkiaora on Instagram and post a Story in your own words about Kiaora, Pearl, Serene, or how Kiaora has impacted you.(b) Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without using Instagram, send an email to [email protected] with your full name, email address, and “Kiaora Giveaway Entry” in the subject line, or mail a postcard with the same information to: 1768 Highway 100, Centerville, TN 37033.
Limit: one (1) entry per person, regardless of method. Multiple entries will be void.
5. Prize
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) $50 Amazon digital gift card (Approximate Retail Value: $50 each). Total ARV of all prizes: $150. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will be conducted within seven (7) days after the Promotion Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email (or direct message if entered via Instagram). Winners must respond within five (5) days of notification or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
7. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Thrive Market, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, story, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
